In this role, you'll be a key player in our restoration and mitigation projects, helping bring properties back to life. You'll team up with seasoned pros, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the construction and restoration world. This position offers great growth potential, with opportunities to advance your skills and move up within the company as you gain experience. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients</li><li>Assisting with various mitigation and restoration tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties.</li><li>Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision.</li><li>Loading and unloading materials and supplies at project sites.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.</li><li>Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Prior experience in construction or restoration work is preferred but not required.
